I want to help 1,000 people improve their health and fitness levels by getting the best possible results from their home workouts and making better eating choices. I’d like to reach this goal by the end of 2019.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re starting your home exercise program from scratch, or you’re a seasoned exerciser who just needs a few simple tips to break through a workout plateau – I want to help you out.

What’s my motivation for doing this?  It’s simple.  I want to be part of as many fitness success stories as possible. (It’s a bucket list item – what can I tell ya?)  Plus, I plan to have a lot of fun with it!
