I want to help as many people as I can improve their health and fitness levels by getting the best possible results from their home workouts and making better eating choices. That’s it – nothing more to it.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re starting your home exercise program from scratch, or you’re a seasoned exerciser who just needs a few simple tips to break through a workout plateau – I want to help you out.

What’s my motivation for doing this?  It’s simple.  I want to be able to reach out to more people and be part of as many fitness success stories as possible. (It’s a bucket list item – what can I tell ya?)  Plus, I plan to have a lot of fun with it!
